One of these days I swear I’m going to get around to posting pictures of places I have actually been to recently, but first, a restaurant crush as I continue to live vicariously through the internet: Chiswick Restaurant just outside of Sydney, Australia.
Love the green highlights. Love the exposed kitchen. Love the windows. Love the tables. Love the garden out back. Love the menu.
The garden in the back provides most of the fresh produce for a seasonal menu full of greens. From the Chiswick menu:
“We have a rich crop of beetroot, broad beans, snow peas, rhubarb, peas
and pencil leeks. From the herb garden there are lots of chives,
tarragon and chocolate mint.”
